SLP has signed a five-year lease agreement with OAS Company AB for approximately 4,000 sqm. in the logistics property Vindspelet 1 in Borås, Sweden. The property is located in the area of Viared and has close access to highway 40 in the direction of Gothenburg with an excellent signposted location. The current tenant will move out on 30 September and OAS Company will move in on 1 October 2022. Total area of the property is 11,045 sqm with an annual rent of approximately SEK 6.1 million.
